Plant-based Nutrition Coaching

As a plant-based nutritionist, my goal is to support and give my clients the tools to take back their health through lifestyle changes.

Steps for success are as follow:

  • Plant-based 101: In this 30 minute complimentary consultation (via phone or zoom), we will go over the benefits and reasons why many physicians, nurses, dietitians, health professionals and athletes are choosing a plant-based lifestyle.

  • Cleanse & Remove: Let's begin your transformation journey in your kitchen pantry where we will identify and categorize food depending on the nutritional content. We will also discuss the plant-based essentials for easy recipes.

  • Become an Avid Shopper: Learn how to shop without the temptation of buying processed foods all around you.

  • Customized Meal Plans: We will create a weekly food prep and meal plan that will keep your taste buds satisfied with delicious flavors and spices that you enjoy.

  • The Restaurant Experience: Discover tips and tricks on how to stay plant-based while you are out and about.

  • Weight Management Assistance: Experience the healthy way to lose weight while increasing your energy level and improving your self-esteem.

  • Long-Term Consulting and Coaching: Sustain the life-long health benefits of a plant-based lifestyle with a coaching membership subscription.

Food For Life Cooking Classes

Created in 2001 by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, Food for Life cooking classes decode the latest evidence-based nutrition research into easy and practical lessons. Studies have proven that the diet of the Food for Life program, a plant-based diet, is effective at lowering risk of cancer, heart disease, hypertension, obesity1, and diabetes2. These classes can be held in-person or virtually.

Each Food for Life Class includes:

  • Specific information about how certain foods and nutrients work to promote or discourage disease.

  • Cooking demonstrations of delicious and healthful recipes.

  • Practical cooking skills and tips for incorporating healthful eating habits into daily life.

  • A supportive and motivational atmosphere to empower participants to take charge of their health with the foods that are put on their plates.
